Miss Elizabeth Odell Hollowell Smith age 21, of Colt, Arkansas died suddenly and unexpectedly Friday, July 10, 2009 in Springdale, Arkansas.

Elizabeth was born April 28, 1988 in Wynne, Arkansas. She is survived by her parents Jackie Smith and Jackie Hollowell Smith of Colt; a sister Heather Hollowell Ramsey of Forrest City; a brother Shannon Smith of North Carolina along with a host of stepbrothers and sisters and aunts and uncles. One very special grandma Patricia Hollowell, who referred to Elizabeth as "my angel", also survives her.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her papaws Ben Hollowell, Auvergne Hollowell, and Morgan Bryant and her great-grandmothers Eula Mae Bryant and her namesake Ethel Odell Hollowell.

She had a special place in her heart for Caleb Ramsey, Peyton Pettus and Skyler and Tyler Hollowell and was the godmother to Landon. She also leaves her very best friend Danyelle Holland of Eldorado, Arkansas. Elizabeth had a great love for children and for animals. She will be missed a great deal.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at Stevens Funeral Home from 6 to 8. There will be a private graveside service at Mt.Vernon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital or to the Forrest City Area Humane Society. Visit online registry at stevensfuneralhome.net.
